Toay we went to kiwisport and first we played stuck in the mud but you have to use noddle instead of your hand and if you hit uper then your wast if your the tager you have to do one burpy we learned gaurd jab cross. How the gaurd jab cross work is we put our hands up to our face and little hole so we could see and then hit your left arm forward and then the same with right hand. We also learned how to do a roll then upercut.How the roll upercut works is you get down and get to the otherside and hit your hand up.I really like the gaurd jab cross. We learnt one more drill it is bridge comefoward jab cross.
