Hockey

Yesterday my class went to the hall. to learn hockey. First we played a warm up game. The game was called Rob the nest. It was a team game. We had to get the ball from the other team’s nest.

Then we learnt how to dribble the ball. We had to use our hockey stick to control the ball. It was a little challenging to do this activity.

Next we learnt how to juggle the ball. We had to put the hockey stick under our arm and  keep the ball in the air. I was able to juggle the ball 5 times and I felt very pleased with myself.

Finally we had a team challenge. We had to run around the goal and score a goal between two cones. My team won because I was the best player in the team.
